Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing a full range of customer services via inbound and outbound phone, email, and webchat contacts. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities Provide exemplary customer service to all arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations via phone, email, and webchat. Utilize extensive product knowledge, sizing, merchandising assistance, and general policy information to address customer inquiries and concerns. Initiate resolution and provide order status for a variety of inquiries, including non-receipt of orders, pending orders, returns, and billing inquiries. Enter customer and order data into our order database software, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Identify and utilize opportunities to increase sales, following established guidelines and promoting our products and services to customers. Act with urgency to resolve customer issues or complaints in a positive and thorough manner, utilizing department resources, systems, and team leaders as needed. Escalate customer issues appropriately to the Customer Care Helpdesk, pursuant to department guidelines and direction. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Contribute to a positive work environment through cooperative and professional interactions with co-workers, customers, and vendors. Collaborate with other team members, focusing on doing the right thing for the customer and brand. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail, or an equivalent amount of experience and education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Proficiency with technology, including the ability to type 30 words per minute and use the 10-key. Passion for arenaflex and its products, with a strong understanding of our brand values and mission. Confident managing ambiguity and making customer-focused decisions, with sound judgment and reasoning skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others in a group setting, with a strong focus on teamwork and cooperation. Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive and positive manner, with a desire to learn and grow with the company. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with order management systems and tools, with experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment. Proficiency with Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and SharePoint. Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.
