Your role will involve handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform our customers about changes that may affect them. This is just one example of the real-life difference we make in our customers' lives. **What You'll Bring** To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following: * **Education**: A high school diploma or GED is required. * **Typing Skills**: You should be able to type 25 words per minute. * **Technical Proficiency**: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer.
