About the Role We're seeking enthusiastic and experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team for the holiday season. As a remote team member, you'll be the friendly face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via email and live chat. You'll be working closely with our in-house team, including Operations and Tech, to ensure seamless customer experiences and proactive communication. Key Responsibilities Provide support to arenaflex customers via email and live chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Carefully follow established procedures to ensure customers receive accurate information and speedy resolutions to their issues Communicate with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to answer questions and troubleshoot problems throughout the customer's journey with us Collaborate with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences Follow the direction of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on inbox volume and customer needs Answer customer questions about using our online editor, editing orders, and product formats, among other topics Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within an e-commerce business A quick learner who is happy to be hands-on and isn't afraid to ask questions Experience working within a team to meet SLAs or KPIs and a high standard of engagement with customers Excellent written and spoken English skills Knowledge of customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom is preferable, but not essential A quiet working environment at home with access to high-speed, private internet A reliable laptop or desktop computer Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, we're looking for candidates who are: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a remote team Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with e-commerce platforms and customer service software Knowledge of stationery or consumer goods industries Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
