About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor, MHLS to join our team. As a Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to Amazon employees globally, primarily via phone, chats, tickets, and emails. You will be the first point of contact for employees, and your role will be to resolve their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of employee contacts: Ensure that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer obsession. Receive and resolve inquiries: Resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chats, tickets, and emails from employee contact channels. Build customer trust: Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations by assessing and adjusting resolution plans to each employee's changing needs. Respond to employees impacting issues: Respond to employees impacting issues that may arise and ensure the right communication and documentation occurs, even when information is limited. Use high judgment and critical thinking: Use high judgment, critical thinking, and rationale to balance process adherence with employee needs to analyze and decide on resolution for their requests. Collaborate with partner teams: Consistently consult and collaborate with partner teams on process changes in an effort to resolve cross-functional issues to update and improve policies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: 2-5+ years' experience: 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent experience. Microsoft Office skills: Proven ability using Microsoft Office skills and other computer or internet-based programs. Schedule flexibility: Schedule flexibility to support a 24x7 operations. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following qualifications, you will be at an advantage: 5+ years' experience: 5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent experience. Previous HR experience: Previous HR experience, including experience in providing consultation and guidance on human resources, benefits, or complex employee matters. Bachelor's degree or advanced college education: Bachelor's degree or advanced college education in a related field, including but not limited to; Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organization Development. Experience dealing with customers: Experience dealing with customers and exceptional use of empathy skills. Ability to manage confidential information: Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards. Detail-oriented: Detail-oriented with ability to analyze, problem solve, organize, and manage multiple priorities.
