You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, develop strategic ongoing relationships, and ensure deliveries align with their projects and milestones. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the implementation and management of large-scale Active Directory and PKI solutions * Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to ensure the successful implementation and management of AD and PKI solutions * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring deliveries align with customer projects and milestones * Analyze problems and provide solutions to customers, maintaining a high level of technical expertise and knowledge * Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, and assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness * Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for blithequark Premier Engineers * Possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers **Technical Requirements** * Deep knowledge (300-400 level) in the following technology areas: + Active Directory Certificate Services + Large scale two and three tier PKI hierarchies (>1 issuer) + Experience with NDES and OCSP + Experience with scripted installations + Understanding of database cleanup options & PKI domain maintenance + Cross-forest implementations (desired) + Active Directory Domain Services + Active Directory replication and performance monitoring + Active Directory troubleshooting + Group Policy implementation, design, and troubleshooting + Security and administration of the Active Directory environment, including PKI + Fundamental networking knowledge – IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc. * Familiarity with the following areas may also be beneficial: + Active Directory Scripting technologies + Active Directory Disaster Recovery + Active Directory Monitoring Tools + Microsoft Identity Manager + Active Directory Federated Services + Azure AD Connect + Azure Active Directory **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with large-scale two and three tier PKI hierarchies (>1 issuer) * Experience with scripted installations * Familiarity with Active Directory Scripting technologies * Familiarity with Active Directory Disaster Recovery * Familiarity with Active Directory Monitoring Tools **What We Offer** * Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts * Preview new technology before others in the industry and learn how to make the best from it * Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise * Be part of a thriving developer community that's constantly looking for ways to improve our customers' experience, software development goals, and use of technology * Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones * Gain access to expertise and support from blithequark's consulting practice and product groups * Continually learn and grow professionally * Analyze problems and provide solutions to customers, maintaining a high level of technical expertise and knowledge **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is a dynamic and innovative company that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
