As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform insurance arrangements, managing claim activities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, insurers, and external counsel. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret recharging and claim data to support insurance arrangements and risk management strategies Participate in introducing organization's risk to insurers and dealers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Manage claim activities, including collaboration with internal legal and regulatory teams, insurers, claim agents, and external counsel Assist in evaluating risk funding strategies, including self-insurance/captive feasibility Oversee the global Clinical Trials insurance program, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies Evaluate insurance language in policies, ensuring consistency with organizational insurance programs and industry standards Investigate statements, invoices, and agreements for accuracy, ensuring timely payment and resolution of claims Perform data and risk analysis for programs, as needed, to inform business decisions Manage the corporate insurance program for both renewing and new policies, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations Ensure timely issuance of insurance certificates and auto ID cards, maintaining accurate records and documentation Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management, complemented by at least 2 years of risk management experience, ideally with a global organization in a private, public, government, or military setting. Your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential in this position.
