Key Responsibilities Influence and Strategy: Support the Senior Customer Experience Strategy Manager in developing strategic business cases for customer experience initiatives, influencing partners and senior executives to drive business growth and improvement. Analytics and Insights: Leverage data to initiate key workstreams, prioritize projects, and develop a customer-centric roadmap. Collaborate with analytics experts and data scientists to link data assets to analytical techniques, measuring the success of initiatives and monitoring customer experience scores over time. Customer Experience Storytelling: Propose points of view on potential business impacts through the discovery and translation of insights, supporting customer experience, product, pricing, forecasting, planning, and marketing decisions. Develop strategies and plans by quickly and concisely translating data into actionable recommendations. Project Management: Support and influence cross-functional stakeholders to gather business analysis requirements on multiple high-priority projects. Develop project plans that articulate value, set milestones, and connect with partners to move projects forward. Proactively communicate progress and changes to ensure seamless execution. Financial Planning: Support the development of key inputs for long-term and annual operating plans that support key customer experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. Industry Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, and customer dynamics through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Senior Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you will need: 2-3 years of experience in strategy, business, or analytical-related roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement. Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau and data analysis tools, with the ability to collect, design, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Solution-oriented and creative problem-solving skills, with high intellectual curiosity and a passion for driving business outcomes. Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and proactively communicate status to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
