We are now seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in a permanent work-from-home role, supporting our offices in Minnesota and Indiana. As a Senior Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing basic and routine customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to heartfelt service. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries. Maintain departmental performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level, demonstrating a results-oriented and self-motivated approach to your work. Collaborate as a team player, applying the blithequark Core Values in day-to-day operations to create a differentiated service experience. Demonstrate service discipline, handle service challenges with professionalism, and provide solutions to constituent needs, working across boundaries when necessary. Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Experience in a call center environment, preferably with medical terminology and insurance knowledge. Proven ability to work effectively in a production environment, with excellent multi-tasking skills. Computer savvy, with the ability to navigate various software systems with ease.
