You will work closely with our marketing teams to fulfill related requests and support patient transfer calls, referral admissions, and critical care transport coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. • *Key Responsibilities** • Facilitate physician referrals and appointment scheduling across multiple entry points, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. • Serve as the primary contact for marketing activities, collaborating with marketing teams to fulfill related requests and drive business growth. • Register patients/customers for screenings and wellness classes, providing personalized support and guidance. • Work within various electronic healthcare systems to: + Explain organizational and departmental policies, ensuring customers understand our services and offerings. + Review health information via EMR, providing accurate and timely support. + Schedule appointments and pre-register patients, streamlining the customer experience. + Communicate with clinic staff via EMR or phone, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination. + Facilitate nurse triage access via EMR or live transfer, providing critical support in emergency situations. • Provide immediate access and resolution for patients contacting referral services, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. • Support the Primary Care Same Day Campaign and Telehealth partnerships, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. • *Qualifications** • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. • Prior experience in the medical field required, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and policies. • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, families, physicians, administrators, and nursing staff. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (7 days a week). • Remote work may be required during portions of the shift based on operational needs. • *Work Schedule & Conditions** • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (7 days a week). • Remote work may be required during portions of the shift based on operational needs. • We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion at blithequark.
