Key Responsibilities Embrace business data requirements and analyze business systems and processes to identify the most appropriate data sources for purpose. Support the identification and application of statistical methods based on requirements, aid in the design, planning, and execution of exploratory data analysis research projects. Translate business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks, creating specific deliverables. Identify suitable techniques/tools to be used to provide a solution to the problem, working intimately with Data Scientists. Produce appropriate graphical representations of data and model results. Understand client requirements to design suitable data representation for various datasets. What You Bring to the Table To excel in this role, you should have a passion for problem-solving, accompanied by an analytical mindset with critical thinking, and data skills. Your experience working with large datasets, finding insights, and telling stories using data will be invaluable. Additionally, you should be proficient in playing with massive data, writing code, and queries in SQL, Python/R for data analysis. A comprehensive understanding of database technologies and distributed data stores (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), as well as Big Data and Cloud technologies like GCP BQ, is also essential. Familiarity with visualization tools and best practices such as Looker, PowerBI, etc., will be a significant plus. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or similar fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
