Job Overview blithequark is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join its team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the business through estimation, investigation, and insight generation for trade and development item surface areas. Your expertise will help the company respond to key questions regarding the performance of various sign-up and trade streams, identify patterns in structured and unstructured data, and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities Build analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces. Answer central business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the client experience and increase conversions. Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have an impact across the business. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale. Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: A Master's degree in a quantitative field.
