Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to apply advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving to develop digitally enabled products and solutions. You will be part of the arenaflex Media Exchange (CMX) team, which is dedicated to driving measurable results for our partners, suppliers, stores, and brand sponsors. Our full-channel advertising solutions leverage arenaflex's vast online and offline data, broad reach, and ability to deliver measurable outcomes to our clients. Key Responsibilities Carry out complex data analysis to identify opportunities to drive more adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion. Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to solve business problems and inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their concerns and objectives, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics. Design and participate in presentations and meetings to communicate analysis results and recommendations to existing and potential constituents. Utilize strong programming skills to analyze, compare, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats. Apply knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large datasets from multiple data sources. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience applying modern machine learning methods to build predictive models for classification and regression problems. 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL. 2+ years of experience extracting meaningful insights from data analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences, including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders. 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create modeling datasets, evaluating data quality, and performing feature engineering. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing). Strong ability to communicate technical ideas and recommendations to stakeholders. Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with colleagues, project team members, and senior management. Ability to anticipate and prevent problems and obstacles before they occur. Proficiency in multiple areas of numerical analysis techniques, machine learning, statistical analysis, experimental design, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in certain areas. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
