Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Trust and Safety group, you will be responsible for leading the charge against adversarial abuse and developing cutting-edge analytics to inform our strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating threats from malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and evasion of termination Develop and implement effective strategies to stay ahead of emerging industry trends and adversarial tactics Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Policy Development, Engineering, and Global Merchant Operations, to create and enforce policies that promote a safe and trustworthy environment Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform product development, policy decisions, and operational improvements Manage and develop a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, product teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and drive results Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, computer science, engineering) At least 4 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or a related field, with a proven track record of success 2 years of experience working with data analytics, machine learning, or related technologies Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) Experience with SQL, R, Matlab, or other data analysis tools Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related technologies Experience with cloud-based technologies and distributed systems Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive strategic decision making and operational improvements Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and leadership skills.
