About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our developing Bookkeeping group. As a Senior GL Bookkeeper, you will work closely with other general ledger accounting staff on day-to-day accounting tasks and report to our Senior Accounting Supervisor. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and contribute to our team's success. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger Be a key owner of the monthly close process for assigned regions and foreign entities Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies Assist with providing forecasts to external auditors on annual audits and quarterly reviews Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to drive process improvement initiatives About You We are excited about you because you are a self-motivated and independent individual who can think critically, creatively, and entrepreneurially.
