Additionally, you must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the US. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing skilled trades, including licensing and permitting. Call Center experience managing escalated call types, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Proficiency in electronic systems to gather and update data, with excellent cross-functional communication skills. Ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal direction, with a strong capacity to multitask across multiple work streams. Knowledge of Home Depot's call center systems and the ability to interpret departmental policies.
