As a Senior Information Examiner, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize our streaming services. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection. Your expertise will help us identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring critical and lawful remediations, ensuring that our customers receive the discounts they deserve. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee data and document requirements related to subscriber notification drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection, as well as episode remediation to ensure that the right customers receive discounts when required. * Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for notification and remediation. * Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. * Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information. * Manage project planning and timelines and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. * Drive alignment across Information, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks. * Collaborate with Data Products and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. * 2+ years of analytical experience. * Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences. * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. * Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems. * Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools. * Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services. * Experience with agile project management methodologies. * Certification in data analysis, data science, or a related field. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
