Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and influence the achievement of departmental and organizational mission, goals, and objectives Maintain expertise in digital communication channels, tools, and emerging technologies to drive best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Digital Insights, Technology, and Customer Experience, to understand business needs and guide the organization's marketing technology roadmap Develop and execute strategies and processes to improve performance and the value of products and services Oversee the development, testing, quality control, and implementation of all Southwest Airlines digital communication channels Provide technical thought leadership and guide the implementation and utilization of digital-related technologies Foster strong, collaborative relationships and credibility while influencing and driving change across disparate business areas Essential Qualifications Master's knowledge of Business Management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership strategy Expertise in front-end development and technical implementation practices, concepts, techniques, tools, and trends Skilled in identifying complex problems and analyzing related data to develop and evaluate solutions Ability to provide strategic leadership to team(s) and motivate, develop, and coordinate individuals Experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in email marketing, business solutions, marketing technology, or digital marketing Platform execution and coordination (Website, Native Mobile Application, Email) Project management experience Strong understanding of digital engagement platforms and marketing automation technologies Skills and Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving Leadership and team management Collaboration and communication Technical expertise in digital marketing and front-end development Analytical and data-driven decision-making Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Senior Manager Digital Experience at Southwest Airlines, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
