The Senior Manager of Product Management for Customer Experience will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing the delivery of business value, driving sales, and improving efficiency through the production of quality products. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of products that add value to our customers and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business partners, to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, and support cross-functional product teams. Key Responsibilities The Senior Manager of Product Management for Customer Experience will be responsible for the following key areas: Strategy & Planning (40%) : Looks across product teams and feature sets with a focus on alignment and dependencies, sets the overall product vision and strategies for the enterprise product, applies domain expertise to provide thought leadership, and collaborates across the enterprise to create alignment between products. Delivery & Execution (30%) : Drives product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams, documents, reviews, and validates to meet quality and change control standards, understands enterprise goals and KPIs to deliver value against them, and resolves issues within or across product teams. People (30%) : Provides leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers, attracts, retains, and develops top talent to build a world-class Product Management Team, conducts annual and mid-year reviews, and fosters collaboration with team members to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Essential Responsibilities Some of the essential responsibilities of this role include: Leading the strategy to deliver quality products that add value to customers and drive business growth Generating innovative ideas for growth within the respective area and across the Product Management organization Exhibiting the ability to lead managers and their teams and drive change management and process improvement Collaborating across the enterprise to create alignment between products and provide a seamless user experience Understanding financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within the portfolio Prioritizing updates to support the enterprise roadmap and allocating funding across products Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum Qualifications : Must be eighteen years of age or older, must be legally permitted to work in the United States, and must have a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Preferred Qualifications : 6-8 years of relevant work experience, mastery of working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment, and proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization.
