About Our Company and Industry blithequark is a leading company in the customer experience industry, with over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider areas. Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for handling the Voice of the Customer technique, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages and 20 countries. We're committed to transforming and innovating our Voice of Customer method, and we need a skilled Senior Statistics Architect to lead this effort. Job Summary We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Statistics Architect to assist in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of Customer method. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design and build robust data models and architectures. You'll help develop and maintain our new Voice of Customer technique, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with our survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs * Develop information about Voice of Customer methods and leverage them to define and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architectures to support fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, exploring & building automation tools * Proactively select and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency Position Responsibilities (Continued) * Collaborate with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, enhance, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique * Work closely with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups Essential Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for at least 3+ years * Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling principles * Experience with Qualtrics and Cornerstone platforms * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python * Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices * Certification in data architecture or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
