Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of Customer technique, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages and 20 countries. Job Summary As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you will play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of Customer method. You will work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to develop and maintain our new Voice of Customer technique.
