**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will be part of a collaborative and agile team that is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business success and customer satisfaction. **About the Role** The Senior Statistics Architect will be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of the VOC method, which involves the development and integration of new surveys and dashboards using Qualtrics, our survey seller. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, statistics, and analytics, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the agile team in technology to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs and requirements * Develop and leverage knowledge of VOC methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) * Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity * Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data architecture, statistics, and analytics, with a strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles **What We Offer** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business need * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career development and education opportunities **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
