Job Overview We are looking for a talented individual to provide top-notch support to our users through live chat, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a remote opportunity, and we require candidates to be residents of the State of Colorado, with the ability to work from anywhere within the state. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado, utilizing live chat tools and following standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve technical issues on both iOS and Android operating systems. Install myColorado software on supported devices, adhering to defined procedures, processes, and methods. Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system, ensuring efficient issue resolution and minimal downtime. Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve complex issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies, operating systems, and software applications, applying this knowledge to improve our support services. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: One year of professional experience in an occupational field related to mobile application support, or An Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment, such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees. Substitutions may be considered, where additional paid or unpaid experience, education, or training can substitute for the required qualifications on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Jira, ITIL Certification, Agile and Scrum methodology, and government work experience. Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store, as well as the use of diagnostic tools and knowledge of a diverse range of mobile device makes and models. Candidates with these preferred qualifications will be given priority consideration, as they demonstrate a higher level of expertise and adaptability in our fast-paced technical environment.
