Provide prompt and friendly responses to customer inquiries, maintaining our positive online reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Stay informed about blithequark products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and respond to their inquiries in a knowledgeable and helpful way. Monitor social media trends and proactively address potential customer issues, identifying opportunities to improve our online customer experience and prevent issues from arising. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers. You should be proficient in using social media platforms and have a strong customer-focused approach, with a keen ability to empathize and resolve customer concerns. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet are also essential, as well as time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
