Key Responsibilities As a Social Media Customer Support Representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer support through social media channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns. Driving functional excellence while maintaining a safety-conscious environment that promotes end-to-end exceptional customer care. Identifying and addressing safety concerns in a proactive and timely manner, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Establishing team and individual goals in support of departmental and company objectives, mentoring and coaching frontline colleagues in skill development, customer care, and company culture behaviors. Fostering effective relationships with colleagues that encourage empathy, authenticity, integrity, respect, and pride. Effectively allocating resources and providing appropriate support to enable teams to deliver functional objectives in a safe and efficient manner. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and other relevant regulations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in social media customer support or a related field. Knowledge of airline operations, including safety procedures and protocols. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
