Job Overview The successful candidate will be part of the Sales and Digital Department, supporting multiple verticals and focusing on key areas such as editorial placement of music on fitness apps, coordinating with select digital accounts, and directing efforts in opportunities involving voice technology and smart speaker marketing. The role will also involve ensuring the delivery of arenaflex's podcasts to podcast platforms, facilitating user-generated content (UGC) sound delivery and claiming, supervising relevant Wiki pages, and managing pivot pages and QR codes as needed. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison for fitness accounts, tracking arenaflex's connections to various fitness applications and identifying innovative approaches to support music releases with wellness partners Collaborate with internal teams to obtain approvals for branded efforts and analyze campaign outcomes to inform future planning Develop and execute advanced showcasing drives, including inside constructed turn pages, Wikipedia page updates, UGC library demands, and asserting Maintain a pulse on the latest voice assistant technology and ensure an effective workflow for executing creative initiatives to support projects in a timely manner Analyze arenaflex's voice data to identify opportunities to increase streaming consumption through voice requests and measured results Liaise with select digital partners to market arenaflex releases for consumption on their platforms, creating and expanding new opportunities with growing new offerings Work with internal teams to create and execute social and digital marketing for digital recording support, frequently measuring and sharing podcast listening results Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: Three or more years of experience working in digital marketing and development or similar technology fields in the music industry Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners A passion for music, with the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills Willingness to learn proprietary software as needed, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other programs A bachelor's degree, with a strong academic record Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in digital marketing and customer support Advanced knowledge of voice assistant technology and smart speakers, with experience in analyzing voice data and identifying opportunities to increase streaming consumption Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, candidates must possess: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in specific software, tools, or programming languages Self-discipline, with the ability to stay focused and manage time effectively without direct supervision Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to tackle challenges and find solutions independently Adaptability, with a willingness to learn new tools and adjust to different work environments or tasks Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
