With our instant quoting technology and nationwide manufacturing network, we are transforming the custom manufacturing industry. **Role Overview** As a Solutions Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Serving as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, providing technical expertise and guidance on how to leverage blithequark's capabilities to solve their business challenges. * Working closely with the Sales team to sell manufacturing processes across North America, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth. * Conducting discovery meetings to uncover business and technical requirements, and providing solutions to meet those needs. * Answering customer's technical questions on Design for Manufacturability (DFx) and blithequark's manufacturing capabilities. * Consulting with prospects and customers to identify applications of blithequark technology, and demonstrating our capabilities, including our software quoting platform. * Supporting internal teams by providing feedback and content for marketing collateral, helping to develop and refine our messaging and positioning. * Serving as an industry thought leader at events and webinars, sharing your expertise and knowledge with a wider audience. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct discovery meetings to uncover business and technical requirements, and provide solutions to meet those needs. * Answer customer's technical questions on DFx and blithequark's manufacturing capabilities. * Consult with prospects and customers to identify applications of blithequark technology. * Demonstrate blithequark capabilities, including our software quoting platform. * Support internal teams by providing feedback and content for marketing collateral. * Serve as an industry thought leader at events and webinars. **Qualifications** * 3-5+ years experience in engineering or technical field. * Engineering degree (mechanical preferred) or related technical degree. * Strong knowledge of various manufacturing processes across multiple industries. * Comfortable with technical discussions and executive-level presentations. * Experience preparing technical solutions for business proposals. * CAD experience. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Willingness to travel up to 25%. * U.S. citizen, legal resident, or valid work visa required. **We Value** * Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple projects. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Expertise in areas such as Manufacturing, New Product Development, Materials, CNC Machining, Additive Manufacturing, Injection Molding. * Consultative approach, asking questions to understand the 'why'. **About Our Culture** Here at blithequark, we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
