About the Role We are seeking talented and client-oriented individuals who are native or near-native Spanish speakers to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. No previous experience is required, but we appreciate candidates who are tech-savvy and gifted communicators.
