About the Role We are currently seeking native or near-native Spanish speakers to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
