As a blithequark employee, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth. **Job Summary** As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy team by performing various data entry tasks, including processing patient information, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with regular communication with our pharmacy team. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist the Pharmacy Manager in filling and assigning prescriptions with serious consequences regarding Specialty Pharmacy individuals/clients * Help patients through the phone to place new and reorder existing medication orders * Stay mindful of correspondence with suppliers, controlled substances, and co-pay assistance programs * Order and stock medications and crushing supplies * Maintain patient records and stock process mentioning and dividing, and create accounting segments using a modernized system * Perform various data entry tasks, including processing patient information, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records * Answer telephones and provide prompt and courteous patient/client support, including offering co-pay assistance card information * Assist the Pharmacy Manager in filling fixes by supplying stockholders, counting, pouring, restocking, checking, and surveying plans under direct Pharmacy Manager oversight * Process credit and charge charges * Complete weekly transportation reports * Order, receive, label, and stock specialty-recommended medications and supplies * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including clearing, cleaning, sweeping, and disinfecting * Follow security and compliance protocols, including properly handling or disposing of confidential documents and using appropriate disposal techniques for hazardous waste * Perform other duties as required, including stepping in for the Transporter and satisfying all responsibilities as needed **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Public PTCB certification and California State capable award required * Specialty Pharmacy experience required * Strong computer, math, and customer service skills required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Reliable internet connection and computer equipment required **Preferred Qualifications** * Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends * Pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, and ability to work well under pressure * Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs and systems * Experience with data entry and inventory management software **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $22-$32 per hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Flexible scheduling, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
