About the Role As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Powerback Rehabilitation's Journey Travel Program, you'll embark on a journey that combines the stability of full-time employment with the excitement of travel. You'll have the opportunity to work in various settings across the nation, including Hawaii, and make a lasting impact on the lives of your patients. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to patients in various settings Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity Adapt to the unique needs of each patient and setting Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Powerback Rehabilitation, you'll need: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow Licensure, certification, or credentialing as required by the state of practice Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a variety of settings Strong clinical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality patient care Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing patient needs and settings What We Offer At Powerback Rehabilitation, we're committed to supporting the well-being and career growth of our employees.
