Our company culture is built on the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels welcome and respected. **Job Summary** As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to assist our customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems that may arise.
