As a Student Success Coach, you will be the bridge between our students and the institution, ensuring that each individual receives personalized support, guidance, and motivation to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Support enrollment, student development, and retention services, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all students Manage a caseload of assigned students, proactively coaching and guiding them through their degree program Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge for academic success Provide a trusted and supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests Offer and teach students how to utilize resources effectively, maximizing their potential for success Become a certified resume reviewer, providing expert resume and career development support to students Serve as a liaison between students and various departments, facilitating seamless communication and support Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) At least two years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant and professional phone manner A strong customer support focus, with attention to detail and a passion for helping others succeed Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Familiarity with student information systems, CRM software, and other technical tools Certification as a resume writer or career coach, with expertise in resume development and career counseling Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders Empathy, patience, and understanding, with a genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their goals Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are dedicated to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for professional advancement, skill development, and continuous learning.
