As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for overseeing store network processes, analyzing data to improve network efficiencies, and providing insights to inform business decisions. This is a remote work opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. Key Responsibilities Oversee store network processes and ensure stock flow through the delivery organization and fulfillment centers by coordinating goals and responding to escalations of daily issues. Analyze data from various stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies, providing insights to inform business decisions. Investigate and analyze the root cause of daily and escalated exceptions related to shipping, receiving, stock, and return-related issues. Lead performance reviews of marketing departments, distribution centers, and suppliers, providing recommendations for corrective action to key stakeholders. Streamline supply chain performance by identifying and supporting a streamlined channel from supplier to store to best fit sales, in-stock, and profit measurements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sales, in-stock, stock, productivity, and strategy objectives are achieved, tracking the movement and appearance of merchandise across the store network. Develop and implement recommendations to address conflicting objectives, identifying order exceptions, disruptions, and supply chain imperatives that will impact supply chain performance. Influence field-level direction and provide guidance on the execution of tasks, acting as a point of contact for the field and communicating operational expectations to suppliers and carriers. Essential Qualifications Experience in data mining/data analysis, with a strong understanding of SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau/Prep in accordance with data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to inform business decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of store network processes and supply chain operations. Knowledge of lean principles and cost reduction strategies, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, with the ability to create interactive and dynamic dashboards.
