About the Role As a Swedish or Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing great customer service to our clients via phone and email. You will provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Offer accurate and up-to-date information about travel options, including bookings, rebookings, and cancellations Work with clients to find solutions to their travel-related problems, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with clients in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, as well as English Collaborate with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a good command of English. You should also be a flexible and dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
