Job Overview As an ADC Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support to US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and assistance. Key Responsibilities Act as the client-facing voice for USG and enterprise clients, addressing complex account and billing issues in a professional and courteous manner. Work closely with enterprise clients to understand how they use arenaflex's account and billing services, providing valuable feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience. Perform in-depth analysis on USG/enterprise client accounts and billing statements to identify areas for improvement and optimize their use of arenaflex's services. Train clients on reporting options, alerts, and budgets, ensuring that they are equipped to manage their accounts effectively. Provide prompt, effective, detailed, and client-oriented support to enterprise clients, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service they receive. Collaborate with customer care peers around the world to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement. Lead projects that enhance client interactions with arenaflex's account and billing data, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing solutions that drive positive change. Act as the Voice of the Client for arenaflex's enterprise clients, reporting and following up on observed areas for improvement and ensuring that the company is always focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proactively seek solutions to client needs, communicating trends to leadership, and proposing innovative solutions that benefit the client experience and drive business growth. Assist with enterprise client communication during arenaflex's critical launches and support events, ensuring that clients are informed and supported throughout the process. Create detailed documentation about arenaflex's specific products and features, ensuring that clients have access to the information they need to succeed. Work with arenaflex's teams to drive the resolution of issues for clients, ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. Maintain internal knowledge reference pages, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate, and that clients have access to the information they need to manage their accounts successfully. Essential Qualifications Current, active US Government Trusted status at the TS/SCI level with polygraph. Candidate must be 8140 compliant. 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management, working with high-profile clients and demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and expectations. Proven proficiency with MS Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights that drive business growth. Preferred Qualifications Experience in service or account management positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to solve client issues, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically. Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Exhibited ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results, with a strong understanding of how to collaborate with others to achieve common goals. SQL or other relational database skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights that drive business growth. Strong understanding of web technologies and the internet, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Comprehension of cloud-based processing and storage concepts, with the ability to explain these concepts to clients and help them understand how to use arenaflex's services effectively. Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on escalated client issues, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the service they receive. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and provide clear, concise documentation and feedback.
