About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our technical operations, manage local and remote resources, and contribute to defining the perfect customer experience. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping the team leverage their knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues, identify areas for automation, documentation, and process improvement, and set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of technical professionals across multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services to arenaflex employees worldwide. Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience, leveraging feedback and data to inform decision-making. Collaborate with the global organization to define and own the customer experience, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's mission and values. Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to proactively reduce requests and enhance operational efficiency. Set metrics and goals to measure team success, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of issue handling, escalation, and problem management. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support, applying this knowledge to continuously improve services and processes. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 4 years of professional or military experience. 5 years of experience in developing and leading teams of technical professionals across multiple locations. 2 years of experience as an Information Technology Operations Manager or similar role. Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT support services, particularly in a global organization. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. Experience with automation tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
