Key Responsibilities Gather, develop, prepare, and maintain business requirements for various projects or systems from the initial stage to final implementation, ensuring that requirements meet standards. Analyze, design, and maintain production systems/programs/applications, and aid in the support and communication of project status reports and tracking. Provide efficient project cycles and expectations to abbreviate the project life cycle where applicable. Work with application support and development teams to fix software bugs and raised issues. Lead resolution to issues with communicating systems based on various technologies. Participate in regular project status surveys and convert high-level client requirements into executable, detailed client stories to enable development. Create and maintain the product backlog and lead planning meetings with the teams to prioritize work in forthcoming sprints. Embrace diverse individuals, thinking, and styles, and consistently make the safety and security of self and others a priority. Demonstrate strong experience in discovery, identification, and documentation of processes. Work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and document requirements and connect directly with delivery teams to execute the project. Ensure product acknowledgment and status at key periods of the delivery cycle and foster communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, needs, and future guides. Join in and lead design meetings with the product team. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in creating requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites. Demonstrated insight with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies. Shown technical skill to apply pertinent technical processes to suitable business needs. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with management, staff, and clients, as well as demonstrate savvy instinct/reasoning abilities. Capacity to work autonomously to achieve exceptional outcomes and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Energy to proactively guide and drive activities within a team climate and to convey quality work on time. Preferred Qualifications Ability to become the informed authority for your applications and take ownership for its development and execution. Experience in API practice/program.
