Job Overview In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization. Your ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and discuss trade-offs in product development with engineers will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management Experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a proven track record of delivering results Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL and data visualization software Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: At least 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical Experience in technical program or project management roles, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analysis Proven ability to identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
