Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, and driving process improvements through data analysis. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of third-party data centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, forecasting, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive growth Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and engineers Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL Excellent analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals Strong technical expertise, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
