About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote night shift capacity. As a remote Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our products and/or services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of our products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Other essential qualifications include: 1+ year of customer service experience Technical support experience preferred A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training, technologies, and continuing support they need to succeed.
