About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a remote Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you will interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.
