About the Role As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, and track, document, and retrieve information in databases. You will be an amazing problem-solver, maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Your primary goal will be to deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every customer interaction is valuable and successful. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion to deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
