About the Role As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, and track, document, and retrieve information in databases. You will be an amazing problem-solver, maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Your primary goal will be to deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every customer interaction is valuable and successful. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a strong focus on building customer relationships, 1+ year of customer service experience, and technical support experience preferred. You should also have open availability, a high school diploma or GED, a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
