Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical expertise Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective issue resolution Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive business growth Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
