We are looking for an experienced Technology Auditor to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the company's continued success. About the Position This is a unique opportunity to work as a Technology Auditor for Netflix, performing SOX compliance, operational audits, and integrated audits. The position is based in Los Gatos, California, but offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a balance between office and remote work. Key Responsibilities Aid in all stages (planning, hands-on work, and reporting) of the IT SOX Program, including walkthroughs, testing (ITGCs, Application controls, IPE testing, SOC audit, etc.), and delivering results to stakeholders. Collaborate with Engineering partners to assess system performance for continued SOX compliance by performing SOX status procedures. Review technology processes around internal systems and third-party systems, implementing procedures that provide control assurance through code review. Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders to build trust and credibility. Identify improvement and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and impact of audit procedures. Team up with external auditors on an ongoing basis to ensure continued alignment and timely completion of agreed-upon milestones. Report accurate and detailed work papers clearly describing the audit procedures, the result of work performed, and conclusions reached. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related fields. 3+ years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years of public accounting or internal audit experience. Solid grasp of fundamental technology concepts (systems, applications, etc.). Knowledge of IT auditing processes/methodologies. Proficient in using computer software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Microstrategy, Tableau) and cloud ERP systems (e.g., Workday). Working knowledge of cloud-based systems and compliance in cloud environments. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), keen instinct in analyzing issues, with proficiency in assessing risk and evaluating technology and internal controls. Highly detail-oriented alongside the ability to deliver high-quality work products. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications CISA, CIA, and Big 4 consulting experience is a plus. Understanding of commonly used internal control frameworks including COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc. Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, and you choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $240,000.
