Job Overview As a TPO Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and maintenance of our TPO partners, providing daily technical support, and maintaining accurate records of TPO-related activities. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in driving success in this position. You will be responsible for working until 6:00 PM Pacific Time, ensuring that our partners receive the support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Enhance and execute standard onboarding routines for new TPO partners, ensuring a smooth transition into our Union Home Third Party Origination channel Manage TPO partner approvals, renewals, and de-activations, as well as 3rd Party Processing Company Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations Maintain master contact lists of internal and external TPO partners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Deliver daily rate sheets to external partners, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions Support the VA Sponsorship Process Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and implement standard training routines for new TPO partners, enhancing their understanding of our processes and systems Provide daily technical support to brokers and account managers, resolving loan-level issues and system errors in a timely and efficient manner Meet crucial deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that our partners receive the support they need to succeed Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of work experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in a TPO/Wholesale environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Experience dealing directly with consumers and/or business partners, with a strong focus on customer service Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and its regulations Familiarity with TPO/Wholesale processes and systems, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise information Problem-solving skills : The ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions, with a strong focus on customer service Time management skills : The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Adaptability : The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results Career Growth Opportunities At Union Home Mortgage Corp., we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
