As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to work independently. **Responsibilities** As a Trip Assignment Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system, ensuring that approximately 700-900 trips are coordinated each night * Building dispatchers' daily schedules, taking into account breaks and lunches to ensure seamless service delivery * Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member, promoting cultural sensitivity and understanding * Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners, streamlining our logistics and ensuring efficient service delivery * Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and support * Coordinating evening trips as they come in, ensuring that our members receive timely and reliable transportation * Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks, such as payment processing, to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication * Providing support with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk, resolving issues promptly and efficiently **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, with a strong understanding of logistics and scheduling * Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required; a passion for healthcare and customer service is essential * Consistent reliability and the ability to work evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 11:30pm to 8am PT) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with dispatchers, Care Partners, and members * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly * A strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our members **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
