Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Turbo Tax customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize your knowledge of Turbo Tax products and services to address customer questions and concerns, and provide accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple applications and systems to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve the customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest Turbo Tax products and services Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required One year of customer service experience preferred Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free, home office environment with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection Strong typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a customer support or call center environment Knowledge of Turbo Tax products and services Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers.
