Job Summary As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing inbound customer support and assisting callers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, technical issues, and more. You will be the face of our company, representing our brands with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy, and providing best-in-class customer experiences. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity that allows you to build a flexible schedule and work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our experienced team and comprehensive training program. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Represent blithequark and our clients with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy, providing best-in-class customer experiences Assist callers with a variety of inquiries, including products, services, orders, billing, technical issues, and more Work independently in a home office setting, with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (see list of eligible states below) Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a background check (required by client) Drug screening may be required for certain clients Must have a quiet home office setup with: A desktop or laptop that meets minimum specifications Reliable high-speed internet Ethernet connection is required — your device must be hardwired to your modem using a Cat 5, Cat 6, or Cat 7 Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless devices) Training Details Before servicing clients, you must complete a mandatory training and certification program, which includes: Duration: 4–6 weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day Session options: Morning or evening (chosen at the start and fixed for the entire training) You must successfully complete training and certification before beginning paid service Compensation Structure As an independent contractor with blithequark, you will be paid on a bi-monthly schedule once servicing begins. Pay rates vary by client, typically ranging from $10–$16/hour once certified. Please note that there is a 30-day delay in payment, which ensures alignment with client pay cycles and verifies servicing stability post-certification.
