We are now seeking an experienced and results-driven US Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the US market. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a willingness to travel 50-60% of the time. About the Role The US Sales Manager will be responsible for managing complex consultative sales processes, building long-term relationships with customers, and identifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth. This is a key role within our organization, requiring a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of success in sales and account management. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with international key accounts, including OEMs, System Suppliers, System Integrators, and Aftermarket Accounts Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling Acquire new customers and expand our customer base in the US market Develop and maintain an account strategy, aligned with our business strategy and sales plan Coordinate and lead complex commercial negotiations, ensuring that all agreements are within established margins, budgets, and commercial conditions Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments, working on the same account Obtain information and knowledge about market developments, competitors, prices, and products, sharing this information with the internal organization to drive growth and business development Provide content to the department Marketing & Communication to improve findability online for potential customers Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Bachelor's degree in commercial, business administration, economics, or engineering, combined with 5-10 years of relevant experience in consultative selling and large account management. Experience selling Engineered Solutions for an agricultural, automotive, or manufacturing environment is essential, with experience selling HMI Displays, Gages, & Clusters being highly desirable.
